I’ve been exercising mostly every day since New Years Eve, and now it’s become a habit. I just managed to do 20 pushups in a row, and back on New Years Day I could only do 8, so I’ve improved a lot.
The trouble is, I take care of my Father and normally I dont like to exercise when he’s around, watching me. This limits my time to the morning before he wakes up, during the day if he happens to have a nap, or at night before he goes to bed. Its very hard to exerice at night, so that’s pretty much out. I do like to work out in the morning but its not a regular habit yet.
But today I decided to change! From now on, I don’t care what people think and I don’t care if Dad is watching me or not. I’m exercing whenever and wherever I feel like! I did some Wii Fit Yoga and pushups, and now I feel really good. I’m glad that my exercise time is no longer dictated my whenever my father disappears.
