As for drinks, I focus on water as well.  I do have the occasional soda, but I am more conscious of it now and try to not have more than one every few days.

Additionally, even if both have sugar, orange juice should still be a good option, unless it has additional sweeteners added to it. Natural sugars from fruit are far better than processed crap in drinks.</description>
